Online order
You can order 24 hours a day through the secure environment of our online store. All you have to do is register by entering your details and shipping address. You can then proceed normally with your online orders.

The payment methods for your order are the following:
1. By COD (cash on delivery)
The full payment amount is paid to the courier employee upon delivery of the package. Cash on delivery has a cost of €1.30 for deliveries within the city, to mainland destinations, and island destinations (an amount that will always be included in the final price of the order).
2. By Deposit to a bank account
By placing an order through the Website and selecting "Bank Deposit" as the payment method, your order is put on hold until you make the deposit. On the bank deposit slip, you must enter your full name as the reason. Immediately after the deposit and for the fastest execution of your order, you can send us the bank deposit slip via e-mail at once your details are verified by the accounting department, your order will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day. The payment must be made to the bank within 5 business days from the order date; otherwise, your order will be considered canceled.

3. Payment by Debit/Credit Card
Ways of Shipping
Our company cooperates with the company Tachydema which undertakes to send the order and deliver it to your place. The courier company will contact you if it is necessary to make a specific appointment for the exact time of delivery in case they will not be able to find you.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next working day if there is stock in the warehouse. Otherwise we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know when your product will be available.
Shipping costs for up to 2 kg are:
- For within the city 2,00€ and 0,70€ for each additional kilo.
- For land destinations 2,10€ and 0,70€ for each additional kilo.
- For island destinations, the cost is 2.20€, with an additional 0.70€ for each extra kilogram. The supplementary services/charges are as follows:
- Cash on Delivery: 1.00€
- Remote Areas: 2.00€
- Saturday Delivery: 2.00€
- Pickup - Delivery Replacement of the same shipment: 2.50€
Destinations & Delivery Times
- Cash on delivery for in-city shipments in 1 working day from the day of delivery, from city to city in 1-2 working days from the day of delivery.
- The above prices do not include VAT 24%.
- For services not mentioned in this proposal, the charges of the official price list www.taxydema.gr apply.

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the eshop.
The product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was received, i.e. it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels/cartons, necessary documents, etc. and in any case has not been used.
The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (retail receipt or exchange card).

To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of the packaging and label, in order to detect any obvious defects.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

Place the product or products in their original packaging to protect them during transport and return the parcel with a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, we recommend that you send the parcel by registered parcel by post or courier, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel. Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure that they are packaged correctly and sent to the correct address.

Orders are shipped daily (Monday - Friday). Parcels shipped via the Tachidema, usually reach the recipient in 1 working day for Athens, 1-2 working days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island regions and in some cases of small or remote islands/regions 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, refers to working days from the date of departure from Athens and may vary depending on conditions). Parcel deliveries by Courier are made every day except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not caused by us. If you have placed an order and are waiting for a parcel, if you have not received it within 4-5 working days please contact us.
